Did you try out the 'Theme' switch yet?

under the navigation panel there is a dropdown switch that Totally changes the theme of this site.

Its there so that you can see how different this site looks with a different theme attached.  The content is still the same, just the theme has changed.

Give it a go.   Pick a different theme, then click 'Switch'.  All the content will stay the same.  And you will be able to switch back.

Q:How much to build ME a site like this?

The system.  For a basic site that does not need any advanced functionality the cost is $2000. plus $50 per month for hosting and maintenence fees.
